Zusammenfassung: Schwerpunktthema der aktuellen Ausgabe 3/2014 von GMS Medizin – Bibliothek – Information ist die Jahrestagung 2014 der Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Medizinisches Bibliothekswesen (AGMB) in Mannheim; das Motto lautete „Medizinbibliotheken: Information2“. Die Beiträge der Schwerpunktausgabe wurden verfasst von Michaele Adam (Bibliometrie 2.0 – Altmetrics in der Medizin), Bruno Bauer (Open-Access-Kooperationen in Österreich: Open Access Network Austria und E-Infrastructures Austria – Aktuelle Entwicklungen seit 2012), Fabian Gail & Ulrich Korwitz (Markt und Strategie. Abstract: The focus of the current issue 3/2014 of GMS Medizin – Bibliothek – Information is the annual conference 2014 of the German Medical Libraries Association in Mannheim. The motto of the conference was “Medical libraries: Information2”. The authors in this issue are Michaele Adam (Bibliometrics 2.0 – Altmetrics in Medicine), Bruno Bauer (Open access cooperation in Austria: Open Access Network Austria and E-Infrastructures Austria – recent developments since 2012), Fabian Gail & Ulrich Korwitz (Market and strategy – results of the ZB MED market study), Sabine Gehrlein (Library goes Anatomy: Anatomical teaching media at Heidelberg University Library), Kaja Scheliga (Opening science: New publication forms in science), Ulrike Ostrzinski (The four types of social media user in the academic and research community.
